I got these in the first of September and tried to reach out t but nothing at all from you but push them in farther. They stick out of my ear and they fall out of my ears if I move too much. I'll take back my old battery style ones over these any day. I have not been able to ware them at all cause they fall out all the time if I move. CAN ANY REAL HUMAN EXPLAIN OR HELP ME ?

We sincerely apologize for the frustration you've experienced and for the difficulty reaching our team. We've been experiencing issues with our phone lines, and we're sorry that you haven't received the assistance you needed. We understand how disappointing it is when your hearing aids don't fit securely and keep falling out, especially when you've been unable to use them since September. You deserve proper guidance and support, and we'd like the opportunity to review your concerns and help you explore the available options. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. ❤️

I bought a Nebroo UV Vaccum for my major move and used it for the FIRST TIME!!! On my dog’s bed; WORKED HORRIBLY!!!!!!!!! 😭💔👎 it kept FREEZING, & TURNING OFF!!!! This was AFTER!!!! I used a REGULAR!!! Vaccum cleaner on my dog’s ENTIRE bed first!!!!! So there weren’t any bone chunks or freaky stuff for this thing to get “STUCK ON”!!!! & SHUT OFF? By itself after my normal Vaccum cleaner worked FINE!!!! This item is OVER-PRICED!!!!!! ENTIRELY OVER-RATED IN ITS ADVERTISING!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!! WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!! Wish I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THIS!!!!!! BEFORE MY MOVE!!!!!!!! So I could GET MY REFUND!!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔 SUCH PREDATORS FOR A RECENT WIDOW!!!!! 😡

This is a follow-up of my previous review. I am increasing my rating on this company because after posting my review how the product did not work for me, I was contacted multiple times by customer support. I was offered a full refund, and offered that I give the item to a friend to try, so no return shipping. There seems to be some confusion at this company as after that email came from the supervisor others showed up asked ng me to start the return process from the beginning - answer questions, try trouble shooting, and photos, etc ...but the supervisor took care of it in the end and all in all they were responsive. It's a one-size-fits-all product for a subjective and complex problem, so you just have to keep trying things until you find something that works for you.

Hi Jacci, thank you for taking the time to update your review. We're glad our supervisor was able to take care of everything for you in the end, and we're sorry for the confusion caused by the additional follow-ups. That's helpful feedback for us. You're absolutely right that hearing is very personal, and we appreciate your patience while we worked with you. — The Nebroo Team

My daughter set up the Bluetooth for me and now I can hear phone calls directly through my hearing aids. She calls me every Sunday and our conversations are so clear now. She says she no longer has to repeat everything she says.
Response from NebrooOct 16, 2026
Alyssa, this is so wonderful to hear! Being able to enjoy clear Sunday phone calls with your daughter, without her having to repeat herself, is exactly the kind of difference we hope our hearing aids make. Thank you for sharing this, and please say hello to your daughter for us! 😊 — The Nebroo Team

Customer service does not exist. I bought these, had issues with the comfort fit, the bluetooth app, squelching, and hurting my ears. I called and only got an AI response. I asked for a real person, told to send an email. I sent numerous emails for weeks. They said they would have someone call me. no one ever did. I am so done with this company. Sending back for my full refund.
