Hi Phil, we're sorry to hear about your experience with the return process and that the hearing aids didn't meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to go back and forth over email when you just want a clear answer. Your feedback about the return details is helpful for us to review. A member of our team will reach out to you directly to help with your return. — The Nebroo Team

These hearing aids have made my morning walks so enjoyable again. I can hear the birds, the wind in the trees, and my neighbor saying good morning as I pass. Small things that I had stopped hearing. Now I notice them again every day.

For some reason when I was trying to purchase one unit, I was billed for two and when I inquired found that no orders whatsoever existed with Nebroo. Amanda worked with me to get the issues investigated, worked out, get refunds and place a new order. She was awesome and was a delight to work with. Thanks Amanda. Great customer service

The customer service rep, Carl, was very nice when I spoke with him. I am excited to try the upgrade, and to know, if it doesn’t work, that both sets of hearing aids can be returned. Thank you!
