I am a retired schoolteacher and clear hearing is important to me even now. Nebroo hearing aids have restored my ability to follow conversations in noisy settings. I can even hear clearly when I am outdoors which was never possible with my old aids.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered these, hoping they could help. They didn’t and upon inserting them into my ears, had a Menieres episode. Counting on their promise of 120 day money back guarantee, I contacted their “support” team via email. A return email gave me instructions on the proper way to insert the hearing aids. I informed them I would not be putting them back in my ears and told them why. They then told me I would be receiving a call from them. And that’s when the communications stopped. I never received the phone call and they have stopped responding to my emails. Bottom line is that they DO NOT HONOR THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!! Don’t fall victim like I did.

Kemie, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and especially sorry that you had a Ménière's episode — that must have been very distressing. We understand how frustrating it is to expect a call and not receive one. We've been experiencing issues with our phone lines, and we sincerely apologize for the difficulty reaching our team. We'd like to make this right, and a member of our team will reach out to you directly to review your return request. — The Nebroo Team
