Christine helped me
Christine helped me when I lost one of my hearing aids and needed a replacement. She was so understanding and helped me through the process quickly. I was back to hearing clearly within the week. Excellent company with excellent people.

An alternative is possible?
Very pleased with the possibility of a different kind and anxious to try them. Customer service was excellent. Reg listened to my concerns and an alternative I was going to try. Not in the ear….at the end of the bow of your glasses. This new device sounds interesting and I’m anxious to receive it and try it.

Reg, an exceptional customer service rep.
Reg, the phone representative, was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions completely and solved all my problems in one phone call. That's something not many customer service reps can do. She was exceptional.
