Buyer be aware
The company uses false advertising, claiming they use smart chip to create good sound quality. Unfortunately the product is anything but. When asking for refund, they made it as difficult as possible for you. They ask for pictures of returned item, pictures of USPS tracking (you have to pay for shipping) and the destination is in Canada. Now they have received the return package on 9/14/26 according to tracking, today is 10/9/26, no email or any communication about the refund
