I wasn't happy with the in the ear hearing aid. No matter what I did it made my ears hurt and also gave me a headach. I wrote an email to customer service and received a response from a lovely person named Amanda. After writing her back, she gave me a call on the phone. She offered me a different style that went behind the ear and asked me if I would like to try them for a while. I was desperate to be able to hear so I agreed. Amanda kept in contact with me until the product showed up. After using them it was love at first try. I am definately keeping them and I CAN HEAR! LOVE THIS COMPANY AND LOVE AMANDA. Thank you so much for all your support.

Diane, this made our day! We're sorry the in-the-ear style caused you discomfort, and we're so happy the behind-the-ear option turned out to be a perfect fit. Hearing that you can hear again is exactly why we do what we do. Amanda will be thrilled to read this, and we'll make sure she sees your lovely message. Enjoy every sound! 😊 — The Nebroo Team

The customer service representative I spoke with was so kind and patient. I am 82 years old and not very good with technology and she walked me through everything step by step without making me feel foolish. The hearing aids themselves work wonderfully.

Pleasant customer service experience. I received a wrong product that did not have the feature I was looking for, and I wanted to return the product. The service professional was kind enough to send for another piece with the upgrade at no extra cost. Waiting to receive the package

I was on a fixed income and nervous about spending money on hearing aids I wasn't sure about. The 120-day return policy gave me the confidence to try them. Now I would never send them back. I can hear conversations in restaurants for the first time in years.

My situation was somewhat complicated in that I wanted to return my complete set of hearing aids as well as a replacement that had been sent. The original set was uncomfortable and had a hissing sound that wouldn't stop, which is why a replacement was sent. The representative, Ben, spoke with his supervisor and we came to an incredibly generous resolution to the problem. My hearing loss requires having over/behind the ear aids. The support team was definitely concerned that I get a refund and guided me through the process. I will definitely recommend this company for their swift action and professionalism.
