I just ordered an "Infinity" for my partner Sandra. We are octogenarians & nervous about online ordering. Marc answered all my questions about billing, return policy, program guide, delivery 7-12 days, contact number for onboarding customers, location of manufacture (China), location of call center (Philippines), charger cord, batteries for ultraviolet cleaner. Nebroo is licensed in North America so far, having been started in April or May 2024. Now I feel better about calling Customer Support in the future!

I had an issue in so far as one earpiece wasn't performing properly. Nebroo customer care were fantastic. They replaced the unit promptly, no argument, no fuss. Hats off to them. I find the hearing aids easy to use and they really work for me.

Have worn expensive hearing aids for 12 years. Looked at several OTC aids, and had many questions about Bluetooth connectivity, modes, etc. Over several weeks of questions with outstanding responses and answers, I ordered the Infinity model. Unfortunately they don’t fit my ears well, but am still working with company to find a solution. The support, manuals, course on “how to” could not have been clearer, more timely, or better. Hope they work for anyone who tries them.
