Nebroo's newest model, "Infinity" is well designed and well built. It gives multiple mode choices depending on the environment it is used in, and six volume selections. It matches or exceeds the hearing quality of the most expensive hearing aid and is easy to set up and learn. Thank you, Nebroo, for a wonderful product - worth more than it costs!

About a week after I purchased my hearing aids they went on sale to be even cheaper. (I have not yet received them) I asked them to honor the sale price. They are currently working on that. I will let you know how that turns out.

I bought the Nebroo hearing aids and it was the best purchase I’ve ever made. I can’t use it in my left ear as I’ve lost all my hearing in that ear. But in my right ear, the sound is so much better. I can actually hear my husband talking now and not mumbling. I can hear the tv without turning the volume up loud. The clarity is great, very comfortable to wear with different size fittings for your ears. Background noise reduction is a plus, so all positive changes. After wearing it for two weeks, my hearing aid stopped working. I notified customer service and they were wonderful. They walked me through some steps to see if they could get it up and working again, but to no avail. They sent me out a new set the next day. You can’t beat customer service like that. I've worn prescription hearing aids off and on for five years and they've never worked that well even though my audiologist says they're right for me, every year. I decided to give Nebroo Infinity hearing aids a try but expected to return them because they're for moderate hearing loss and are inexpensive. To my great surprise, they've worked very well and I wear them far more than I used to wear the Rx model. Yes, there can be feedback at the highest amplification and they may pick up electronic signals such as when entering automated entryways but for my money they're wonderful. I haven't worn my Rx hearing aids in two months and wear the Nebroo hearing aids any time I go out, watch TV or have guests.

I was lucky, when called I contacted a customer representative, Sorry can't remember her name. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the device. The problem was the right hearing aid that was not charging, after few steps of trouble shooting, she decided to replace the device. I was satisfied with the prompt resolution, it was super. My review about the hearing aids is satisfactory, it works fine, clarity and options to adjust at different sound environments. I had Widex hearing aids before it went out, so I decided to try NEBROO, didn't miss my Widex, works very similar. Is almost six months since I bought Nebroo, no complains about hearing issues. Regarding to high pitch sound, it happens when is not fully inserted in the hearing canal or if something covers the little speaker. Base on my personal experience I would recommend to my relatives and friends, Nebroo hearing aid, as main device or as a backup. Abilio.

Bren was very understanding and helpful to get my situation corrected! My ear canals are extended small so she is sending me a replacement that is smaller version!
