Brenda’s support has been above and beyond. She has gone out of her way to help me when one of my hearing aids quit working. The HA’s have helped my quality of life by allowing me to understand the group conversations in various environments. Thanks again for a great product

Eli my customer service rep was so helpful and informative. He went out of his way to help me with my return, even to the point of speaking with someone to give me an ever better option for my return so I would not have any inconvenience. This had nothing to do with product deficiency or failure, I bought the ear pieces for my mom hoping she would be open to wearing them, but I should have asked her first before purchasing them. I am returning them unopened and brand new. I would recommend this company solely based on their excellent customer service and return policy. Something tells me their product is every bit as superior as their service department. Thank you Tanya
