My friends, husband and myself have been researching OTC hearing aids as an alternative to the more costly ones. There were several choices. The luck of the draw and I ended up getting a pair of Nebroo with the upgrade, which I'm glad I did. So far I've been guided by Karl, who has been very supportive, through this process of making friends with my hearing aids. I'm following their suggested six week 'break in' period. It's wonderful to be able to hear a conversation with my husband without frustration. I'm looking forward to wearing them outside, for walks and to restaurants.

I was very concerned that I would discover this company to be a scam. But they are completely legit! The hearing aids seem to me to be very high quality and have nice features. In addition, their customer service is amazing. There is a long hold time to reach someone, but once you are in they give you 100%. I even got disconnected... I assumed it was part of the scam and started to get really upset. But, they actually called me back!! On both the number I put on file and the number I was calling from. I don't know if ANY OTHER company that puts that kind of effort in. I'm not a paid user or a bot, just an average American that is tied of bad companies... and I want to share with others that this is not one of those. This is a good company you can trust! I worked with Nerf who was awesome!!

Received the upgraded pair of hearing aids today from Nebroo. They are 200% better than the $6000 hearing aids I bought from Beltone 2 years ago. Great fit, great comfort. No screeching. Wish I would have started here years ago.

I needed assistance and was treated respectfully and patiently. Nebroo gave me information that I needed and they treated me more than fairly, in my opinion, in offering a solution. I appreciate their listening to me and wanting to help me. Thank you, Nebroo, for truly caring that I have hearing aids that work up to par.

After 10 months of receiving my hearing aids something went wrong with one hearing aid and I was on the phone with support and he was very good to through everything that I should do to test the aid and after everything it was decided that it need to be replaced and it was free since it had not been a year since my purchase. I do love the hearing aids for the style that you do not notice the aid in your ear, wonderful! And the instructions for controls is very clearly written and really takes very little time to understand, but support is always there.

Called to cancel my hearing aids and talked with Marc. Since I'm a veteran and we get hearing aids from the V.A. I was going to cancel mine that I ordered. And Marc gave me a discount and 90 days to try them out because with Bluetooth I can talk on my phone and listen to music etc. So Marc made me an offer I could not refuse. TYFYTIME.
