Karl was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my non functioning hearing aid quickly and sent me a video link which was helpful as well.

As a high school teacher, I had come to the conclusion that I was going to have to do something about my loss of hearing. About a year ago, I tried an expensive brand of BTE hearing aids, but they did not fit well. When I became clear I needed to find something else, I gave Nebroo a try as they were a fraction of the price and had a generous trial period. They performed well, but I didn't care for the tiny buttons used to make adjustments. When I called, Annedrea offered to trade them out for their newest offering; the same ear buds but now controlled with Bluetooth rather than buttons. The new aids work beautifully and I love that I can fine tune the settings from my phone.

I called Nebroo to ask if the set of hearing aids could be programmed to my phone with Bluetooth. The set I had wasn't, but that they would send a set that is paired with Bluetooth through an app. I ordered and if not happy with upgrade, I will receive a full refund!

I placed an order an hour ago at the 70% deal. $99. I then saw an 80% off offer Black Friday deal at $69. I called customer support. They agreed to refund me the $30 difference. Customer support was very good. I hope I’m happy with these hearing aids. I’ll post again once I receive them.
