Horrible customer service service. I’ve now been on hold 14 minutes listening to to horrible music. If you are going to sale the product, support it in a timely manner. Purchased your hearing adis in 3/26 and it is first of 6/26 and they no longer work.

Sent 3 emails with no response. Trying to return them (Because the audio quality sounds like AM radio in a storm. Been on hold for almost 40 min right now. I am convinced this is a scam. Going to take it up with the credit card company. US Federal Trade Commission needs to get involved. I can probably help.

Nebroo customer service is nonexistent! I ordered Power Domes and they sent the wrong domes. I contacted them on 27MAY26 by email and they replied that they would get back to me shortly. I'M STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM. I called the "customer service" number they provided three times and waited 10 minutes each time. THE PHONE WAS NEVER ANSWERED! Today, 02JUN26 I did get a phone call from Nebroo stating that they would send me the correct item to replace the incorrect item that had sent me. The caller asked me to modify my review. After some thought, I decided to submit this addendum. I don't know if it was because of the review I posted that the company called me, but I do know that it was AFTER I submitted my review that Nebroo FINALLY called to rectify their error.

I ordered on May 3 and I am hearing similar excuses. Company needs to work on Communication and mailing efficiency. Never again I received my order June 2.

i bought a Pro 2 and experienced feedback problems. I contacted Nedroo to request a refund and after they couldn't resolve the problem they upgraded me to an Infinity BTE at no additional cost. After a week the right aid stoped working. I contacted Nedroo and they agreed to replace it at no cost. That's great service and Shyra was a pleasure to deal with. !

Please read this review! The five stars is for customer service, not for the product. As many others have mentioned, I did have some problems reaching customer service. I filed a charge back with my credit card company and they replied within 2 hours, after several tries by both telephone and email with no response. They have agreed to refund my full purchase price and they do not require me to return the product. As far as the product goes, I am already a hearing aid user and I was wooed by their vox Humana chip which sounded like it might do really well for picking out voices, which is my most difficult task. When the hearing aids arrived I was unable to stop the feedback through any method of volume control, insertion, ear cup size, etc. This review is strictly for their customer service where they gladly are refunding my entire purchase price. If the review were for the product it would be a one star.
