Unable to contact customer service by phone or email. One gets the same awful message constantly but no one actually contacts you. This is a scam. Do not purchase this product!!

My father passed away before his devices came and I wrote to Nebroo immedately. It took two weeks for them to respond and they offered a partial refund, suggesting I donate the product, but I have been unable to reach anyone about a refund and have spent hours on the phone to no avail. I suspect a return/refund will be nearly impossible and they seem to make it impossible to contact anyone

I have tried 3 times in the last two weeks to contact customer service to request a return of the hearing aids Pro 3,but have been unable to contact them. I have tried email, which did not go thru, so I could not leave a message and request help with a return and refund. Unfortunately, the hearing aid could not ft comfortably, so I want refund but am unable to contact service via email. Second, I have tried calling three days in a row 6/8 on hold for approximately 30 minutes. 6/9 telephone on ignore for 148 minutes and today 6/10 for 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. I want a call or email to get this done ASAP! Thank you.

I am trying desperately to return the hearing aids. They say they have a 120 day return policy "for any reason". In practice though they are incredibly difficult to reach. Hold times are very long (over an hour) and I have not yet had any satisfaction, or even a conversation with a customer service rep. They don't answer! It would seem that all the whole return transaction could be handled online, but they require a phone call which they don't answer. It is time to pursue a refund through the credit card company. (This is additional info that I added to review .) I have upgraded my review from one to two stars. I did eventually talk to a customer service person, Mark, and I did eventually get a full refund but there was nothing easy about the process. Mark repeatedly tried to get me to accept something less than the full refund that Nebroo so proudly displays when they are trying to get you to make a purchase. He finally gave me an RRR# and pretty complicated instructions on how to make the return. They wanted pictures of the product, pictures of the return package and pictures of the mailing receipt with the tracking number. It felt if it was designed to give the customer plenty of chances to make a mistake so they could deny the refund. They said very clearly that refunds would be denied if instructions were not followed exactly as specified. Never did I get the sense that they were really trying to help a customer out. It felt very much like they were fighting the return as much as possible. When I sent the first round of pics I got a phone call from Travis who eventually offered and gave me a full refund without having to return the product. The full refund though was contingent on removing or amending this review. In any case I am glad to get my money back. Bottom line, I suggest you stay as far away from Nebroo as possible.

I tried to change ear buds but couldn't get them off to put other ones on. Tried to call Nebroo. they put me on hold for over and hour. Then got disconected. Then I sent an e-mail. Never got an answer. Now I would just like my money back. If you would have just responded to me, maybe we could have solved my problem. Thank you. will be waiting for my refund.

I am completely disgusted with nebroo. I ordered the nebroo pro's for $199 and then had to watch a video before completing my order and ended up buying the nebroo infinity for $297. So i assumed i would only be paying the $297 and not an additional $199 but they charged me $496 in total and i only received the nebroo infinitys not the pros bc i canceled the pros assuming i would get my money back. I emailed multiple times and the only response i recieved is that my infinity hearing aids was an additional $199 on top of the $297 for just the infinitys but they never said they would be that much $, if they did i would not have bought them. Also on my bank statements it shows two separate orders NOT just one. This is the biggest mess and also my nebroo infinitys are of poor quality and do not even work good. I atleast my $199 back. Please!!!!!!!

My wife saw the ad. Paid and ordered me a pair of ICI hearing aid from these guys. They sent tracking number to her. I checked the tracking number, found out , belongs to China. So we ordered a product from China without previous knowledge . In the ad they are using American actor for their advertisement , and most likely a phony Doctor! After 3 weeks the hearing aid arrived. Upon arrival I found out that the right side does not work. I sent them 3 emails,many phone called to the phony number area code 512 in Texas. Their office is in Wyoming, but the customer service phone number is in TX!! Bottom line, I have to fight for $185 our money with credit card company. They are Chinese crooks. Be careful, do not order Chines items especially electronics from China by mail. I am a victim of their false advertisement with American actors. We need full refund asap, with shipping slip from the seller to send their junk back to them . I also call on BBB in both TX , and Wyoming on them. They are crooks doing business in good old USA, by selling cheap junks , which does not work and does not worth a penny. Order number :329961 Reese in Florida

The purchase of the Nebroo hearing aids has been nothing but a nightmare. My husband attempted to use them after following the instructions to a “T”, they did not work. He said they were very noisy, sounded like he was in the bottom of a tin can. I attempted calling customer service to get return instructions. SEVERAL calls, hours of hold times as well as many unanswered emails. I was finally able to reach someone after being on hold for 55 minutes, was told they needed to put me through to a manager to initiate the refund. Was given instructions to ship the product back….to Canada! It was $135 and was shipped on 12-12-2025, it is now June 9, 2026 and I still don’t have a refund and the tracking information says there is no information. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. I have also filed a complaint with my State’s Attorney General’s Office, Division of Consumer Fraud so I’m hopeful with their support this company will be investigated and held accountable. Don’t waste your time or money on this product!
