I feel scammed!!
I feel scammed!!! Product not as advertised on the website, no refund, no exchange of goods. Just a voucher for 20% ($9.40) as compensation and have to keep the wrong goods. I am indignant that I am treated in this way. Keep your hands away from this company. The address for Nava Fresh New Zealand is located in a storage facility that takes up a whole block. "Suite"......hello and the telephone number was allocated to many businesses registered at this address. The call was re-directed to India. This is in relation to order number NZ-NV#P360675997

incredibly terrible
incredibly terrible. I ordered something and immediately told them (one second after I clicked order) that I was going to cancel the order to get something else (better) from this company. they opened a TICKET and told me they were going to get back to me. nothing has happened until I get notified the item has been shipped. as per their policy, the customer is entitled to a change of mind (also considering I was not going to ask for money back but order a different item!). nothing, no replies, no contacts, just fake open tickets and no customer service. and now they posted the item I did not want and will send back to them anyway. what a waste of time!
