This site is a scam I’ve been waiting for a response from the costumer service and have not received anything I’ve been waiting days and over a week for my purchase reporting this site to the attorney general / better business bureau PLEASE don’t believe this site it’s a big SCAM I wish I read the reviews on this site before my purchase

Great, quality product! Customer service was always available for questions, and quick to respond.

NEVER deal with this company. We placed an order that did not arrive. When we checked someone at the company had changed our delivery address without our knowledge. When we asked why, after they said they had delivered to another address, they did not know why, but confirmed that we did not change it. I requested a refund, they refused and said the product would be re-delivered, that was the 4th November, we have not seen any product or been issued any refund. Once we complained they simply no longer responded to us. We have reported the company to Consumer Affairs Victoria. They are a VERY dishonest, unprofessional and deceptive company, they have stolen our money and not supplied any product. We have messaged the Australian Catering Association and informed all members to place Navafresh on a banned list so that no-one orders from them. Be warned this company will NOT refund, even when they do not deliver a product and when they are totally in the wrong. Save your money, do not deal with Navafresh. RESPONSE TO NAVAFRESH - You were given MANY opportunities to sort this out and you did NOTHING. You say an e-mail was sent, there is NO E-MAIL at all, again more lies. You have been ban listed with the Australian Catering Association and that ban will remain potentially costing you thousands of dollars in orders, until you refund the money you stole from me. Give you another chance, NO, DEFINITELY NOT. Worst company we have ever dealt with, we will NEVER purchase from you again, REFUND MY MONEY. REPLY TO NAVAFRESH 5TH DECEMBER 2023 5 days have passed STILL NO E-MAIL as you stated, more lies, how is this company even operating? STILL NO PRODUCT, WHERE IS MY REFUND??? REPLY TO NAVAFRESH 13TH DECEMBER 2023 Now the 13th December STILL WAITING for that e-mail that you said you were sending, MORE LIES. No-one has contacted me and I have NOT received a refund. Now leaving feedback on several sites. This company should be closed down they are dishonest, unprofessional and have STOLEN our money and not supplied the product. NEVER DEAL WITH NAVAFRESH UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. REFUND MY MONEY. UPDATE 21ST DECEMBER STILL NO CONTACT FROM NAVAFRESH. This company is a total and complete disgrace, liars and thieves. No-one has contacted us, we have not been given a refund, they STOLE our money and delivered NO PRODUCT. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS CORRUPT COMPANY. UPDATE Now 1st JANUARY 2024 and we still have not had any contact from Navafresh. This company STOLE OUR MONEY, NEVER SUPPLIED THE PRODUCT, CLAIMED TO HAVE SENT AN E-MAIL WHICH WAS A LIE AND HAVE IGNORED MANY REQUESTS FOR A REFUND. A VERY unprofessional company that CANNOT BE TRUSTED. NEVER deal with these thieves and liars.
