Just a broker who orders from…
Just a broker who orders from india..When i saw the product on the website I thought those items are stocked by them...But when it took 2 weeks to ship my product I understood it was getting ordered from India..More than 3 weeks to get the item i ls unacceptable..I can order it myself from India in that time line.. Good customer service though..but their the business model is sustainable as there will be no repeat customers..

Never recieved 1st order contacted…
Never recieved 1st order contacted customer service and they sorted it out and reordered and recieved my goods happy with how they responded

Took a long time to receive
Took a long time to receive. Went through one box. Maybe has helped my pulled tendons in arm, a bit. How long does it typically, take to work?

Delivery was a little slow and the unit…
Delivery was a little slow and the unit arrived with an American plug making it unsuitable for Australian power points. This was after I especially checked that the unit was 220/230Volt. The unit does not comply with Australian Standards. Be aware. An email has been sent back asking for a full refund and we await a response.

The product is good
The product is good. It just took over a month for the product to delivered. I called the customer service several times and they could not give me a proper ETA.

They will not contact me, No Information Being Provided.
So far not having a very good experience with them. Got a confirmation email for my order, then a couple of days later got an email that my order was processed and getting ready to ship. No shipping information has been provided yet, can't get anyone to answer me by email or their online chat support. When I clicked on my e mail that said View Order they changed my confirmation date to today, despite me getting an email about it on December 31st.
