It’s a scam and when you ring customer service, you end up talking to me! On my home phone at my residential house in rural Victoria! I have had 3 of Navafresh customers call my home phone somehow over the last few months asking about their order. The first two callers, I told them wrong number sorry, but just now, I got a call from a guy from Melbourne who said he never got his order and he told me more details, I told him to call his bank, change his credit numbers and ask the bank to get his money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Sorry if you call customer service and end up getting me!

Great site with great products, and the shipment arrived ahead of schedule. I ordered some jars of honey and it was extremely well packed to protect from damage. Will definitely be ordering again.

Big scam I have placed an order they didn't send me any confirmation for my order I tried to ring them no response I did send an email to customer care no response they are showing an online Sydney base

Ordered from navafresh couple weeks ago. Like others orders I got the processing confirmation email and awaiting a delivery confirmation email . Sent a couple emails to ask about it but I've had no reply of as yet. I see someone is still active replying to theses reviews and I hope I ened up like some of the others that have received there order late . I did call the premium number for navafresh and got a charge for that too. .... I had contract via email with NAVAFRESH with tracking number and explaining the current situation. Item should arrive soon. Thank you NAVAFRESH. I RECEIVED ITEM TODAY AS PROMISED. THE COMPANY ARE LEGIT . THANKS FOR THE HELP .

i orderd Body Lotion. Not delivered, said product not available, spoke to them, told they would exchange product for another, now emailed that order has been cancelled. No mention of credit, looks like I am contacting Consumer Affairs about them. DO NOT ORDER PRODUCT FROM THEM I ORDERED IN DDCEMBER 2023 NO RESULT (END FEB.24)

The product is fantastic and affordable.

Totally unprofessional customer service. Will not respond to numerous emails and the contact phone number was not connected. Package arrived ripped and battered and the heat pad looked used. The power was US even though they confirmed it would be AUS voltage. I totally urge everyone to steer clear of this company NavaFresh as I’m sure they are a sham!!

This company keeps saying they ship things even send you a text with the details and nothing is being sent. I ended up calling barclays to claim a scam and managed to get my money back. Its all a sham. They keep saying they send email to liase but its not true. Also the track number doesnt exist. There isnt a delay, simply the order doesnt exist.
