Great place, friendly staff

Nava's GI Repair program has changed my life. I've been a vegetarian for 20 years but there were certain foods in my diet that my body was negatively responding to. I found out I was gluten sensitive and also confirmed that sugar along with dairy were triggering added weight gain and acne. The staff have been very friendly. I also gotten the IV detoxes, oxygen therapy along with acupuncture and they have all been pleasant experiences. I honestly don't know if those 3 treatments have helped me at all with pain, muscle aches or detoxing. I get them just in case they are. I've recommended Nava to friends and family, even coming from out of town. Everyone wants one near them. Hopefully Nava continues to expand. Overall, it's been a great experience.

My best health decision of 2019 was to seek menopause relief with hormone therapy. I suffered for two years, and when I had exhausted all avenues over the counter and creams, I met a woman from out of state who had done similar therapy and just said it changed her life. I have no regrets for making the decision and feel the vitamin regimen is a critical part of the success and of course acupuncture. The team is patient and supportive. In 2020 give them a call and do the consult at the very least. You will find hot-flash (the worst) relief.

The entire staff at Nava are excellent. Everyone is so helpful and supportive. The services are also amazing and they’ve become a really big part of my life. I recommend Nava to everyone I know!

Nava is a great place to receive overall proper healing and wellness for your body. They have truly been a lifesaver for me from assisting with weight loss and healthy eating to massage therapy and accupucture on my back. I started Nava this year and have bad arthritis throughout my body and they made sure I received the proper treatments. Ms. Laura Kelly is the best nutritionist I have ever worked with I have learned so much from her to improve my lifestyle. Dr. Lord was very informative about my health, the therapists, Maria, Lynn, and Kendra are excellent at their jobs. And a special thank you to all of the staff at Nava.

All the NAVA employees I encounter are very professional and very easy to communicate with and they give great service. They are very patient with answering my questions and explaining my test results and options so I can make the best decision for me.

I started working with Nava Health & Vitality Center in midyear 2019. During my initial test review, Dr. Lord clearly outlined the results and treatment options available to me through the services at Nava. Using the variety of treatment options we worked together to develop an individualized plan that would support my wellness goals. I appreciated that we didn't address everything all at once. Healing is a process and the approach we developed has allowed me to rule out certain factors and/or make new discoveries as I go; adjusting the plan if needed. Dr. Lord and the rest of the staff have been so kind and informative throughout the process.
