Spoke with Manager Kimberly @ Columbia Office and conveyed my sincere appreciation for all that NAVA has done for me since my initial appointment. Honestly, NAVA deserves a 20+ rating as far as I am concerned! Their staff are all extremely knowledgeable, and services far exceed what I have experienced in my my 60+ plus years of medical treatment. Everyone deserves the quality of expertise and preventative treatment especially now since the aftermath of COVID. The quality of life for me and my fiancé has dramatically improved our lives to the point we make a point of sharing with friends and family who are settling for prescription drugs and inferior treatment that continues to keep them 😷. NAVA is my #1 preference over my primary care specialist who is clueless about the alternative intervention that I benefit from the most. Every experience has been remarkably empowering and extremely beneficial to my current optimal health! I LOVE THE DIFFERENCE THEY HAVE MADE IN MY OVERALL HEALTH!!!

Kim was extremely helpful. She listened to my concerns and worked with me to feel comfortable in scheduling an appointment. I'm looking forward to my visit with Dr. Wills. Hopefully she will help me with my health concerns.

I love NAVA health! They are so helpful and friendly. Their services are great and I am always looking forward to working with them whether that’s with Thomas the Nutricionist or even just someone helping me get a message or a blood sample drawn. I appreciate everything they do. Their very patient and focus on getting their patients needs met as well.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Was told the first visit was free and now have almost $5000 in bills. You can't get a hold of their billing department. Might be a scam.

Nava health center is incredible! The staff are so welcoming and friendly - being in their lobby is so relaxing and bright! I recently completed a a round of Emsculpt Neo with Debbie and the results were ASTONISHING, she is a miracle worker, hands down! Highly recommend!

Overall dissatisfied. We wanted to take advantage of January specials but had questions that were never answered. Left messages and followed up. At the end they asked us to pay for an appointment to get our questions answered. Why not say that at the beginning so we wouldn’t waste our time with phone tag and waiting on the phone. I am giving two stars because we had a preliminary appointment months before that went a lot better. But without the follow up treatment those tests, plans and conversations are now useless. Disappointed.

I can honestly say that I have not ever had a bad experience at NAVA! I have been coming here for a year and a half now and I’ve had several services from massage to acupuncture to facials and it’s all been wonderful! The staff are friendly and inviting and keep you coming back for more! They really helped me turn my life around and get healthier. I have never felt this rejuvenated not to mention I haven’t had this much energy since being in my twenties! I highly recommend NAVA to anyone struggling with fatigue, pain, nutrition needs, skin care and overall well being!! Love love love this place!!
