The testing was great - it caught a couple of major things that were causing my severe fatigue. I even signed up for the lowest membership & am now receiving hormone replacement therapy & thyroid meds. I was expecting them to be really pricey, but $725 for 4-month supply of hormones & thyroid meds isn't too bad. I think the meds are actually starting to help just within 4 days of starting them, so I'm hopeful that this may actually be what I needed. 🙏🏼 My 1 issue I had was that the pharmacy wasn't calling me back when I had important questions. However, customer service has vowed to look into that to find out where the disconnect may be. I just didn't like the fact that it took a bad review for me to get an answer to my questions. But, at least they do pay attention to reviews & try to resolve any issues they can.

I appreciate the thorough and indepth approach to my health. I want to maximize my health and the attention that I am getting to the "minor" details that could turn into big problems is refreshing. I do wish that I had better access to information like lab results, accounting & billing, and visit summaries. These could be on the portal for my review but are not there.

Some associates are trained well, they ask about referrals and they are knowledgeable. The company tries to provide a missing and an important service. They look at health from a deeper approach but their labs are unnecessary expensive even with the charity they provide .

UPDATE: I’m updating from 2 stars to 4 stars. I really appreciate the follow up from Brock. He took 20 minutes to go line by line with me and had researched and already resolved a few of my concerns. I feel pleased with the resolution and I’m glad he reached out! —- My practitioners have been great, but the administrative side has been a really poor experience. I have been going to Nava for 6 months and the admin has really soured my experience. Here are my biggest and most consistent issues: 1. They were not upfront with costs and that certain programs or practitioners require a paid monthly subscriptions and/or are not covered by insurance (even if they normally might be, I.e. some prescriptions) 2. I have had a hard time reaching someone via the 1800 number and have not been called back after leaving multiple messages 3. I have had appointments I did not schedule end up on my calendar with no notice 4. You cannot get your membership discount on supplements you order online, you must place them by phone or in person. It does not state that anywhere I have found 5. When booking back to back appointments, for example acupuncture and an IV, the practitioners recommend acupuncture then IV, but the scheduling team consistently tries to book the appointments in the opposite order than what the practitioners recommend 6. The only phone number is the 1800 number so there is no easy way to call ahead if you are running late for an appointment 7. You cannot schedule or change appointments online, you must call 8. It took 4 days for my pharmacy to receive a prescription and they reached back out with questions and did not hear back from Nava, so they called me and asked me to call them to follow up on a simple question regarding pills vs. tablets. After calling Nava, they said they would call my pharmacy back after another 24-48 hours. I haven’t received my prescription a week after my appointment with my doctor.

My experience has been overall positive. Appointment number one is with a Nurse Practitioner. Basically an overview of your health history and what are your goals/reason for coming to Nava. Then a blood draw, followed by a follow up appointment with a Physician. He made some recommendations for supplements. Next, I had an appointment with a nutritionist, which was probably the most useful appointment of all so far. He recommended quite a few supplements and a diet detox. I must say that after following it, I do feel much better. Things to be aware of: You have to pay at least $39 per month depending upon the membership level you select. This is a membership-based treatment facility, so you can't receive treatment unless you pay this fee. This is offset slightly by a monthly "credit" to your account, which can be used for a variety of services (though not on supplements, which would have been nice). Appointment scheduling must be done over the phone. This is really annoying! I spent over 20 minutes on the phone trying to schedule a massage as I waited for the person to find a time that was not only available, but would actually fit into my schedule. Please please please work to get an online booking system implemented! You can pick up supplements in the center, as long as they are carried there. It will save you on shipping.

Dr. Bajnath was great as always. The reason I give this a 4 is the video platform. It has never worked well and luckily, Dr. Bajnath called me when he didn’t see me connect. I use different platforms as a therapist and they all work, so if the video platform didn’t have as many glitches and issues, you’d get a 5!

Nava Health provider, Dr B, as always amazing, professional, and thorough. The closing representative needed a little prompting to provide important details about membership, plan, payments/fees. Overall, very pleased so far with the service I’ve received.
