I would love to come on saturdays and even later hours then 6pm ... so it’s not convenient for me at all .. but everything else I love.

The professionals at NAVA are incredibly thoughtful and smart, they communicate and personalize treatment plans to suit me. Their approach and products have changed and drastically improved my life -- from a defeated, exhausted and depressed menopausal mess to an energized, vital and re-invigorated woman. I went to NAVA after getting no relief from my general practitioner. It was a game changer. Their programs can be pricey -- but they work.

I would not give any stars at all of possible. I was led to believe that I was signing up for contract where I paid $89 per year them paid for specific services, it turned out that I was paying $89 per month. Then if that wasn't bad enough, you closed the downtown location where I was able to visit during the work day. Then you closed the Silver Spring location that I would have been able to go to after getting off early from work. Most of the employees I dealt with particularly the masseuse and the acupuncturist were very pleasant but the person who initially signed me up was abrupt and rude. Oh, and I forgot that I came Nava Health because you offered chiropractor service, acupuncture and massage. When I got there I learned that the chiropractor did not service clients over a certain age. Overall, it has been a giant disappointment. After my last 2 services, which I have to take leave from work to receive, I'm through and would not recommend to anyone because of discourtesy, lack of clarity, the possibility of locations disappearing and the expense. Not a good experience for me.

Nava was a great idea that appears to have been grown too fast. The scaled down, current version is aesthetically significantly less desirable than the former locations. I have stopped seeing practitioners there. My insurance changed after 20 some years and despite many, many calls no one at Nava seemed able to help me identify the appropriate testing under new insurance. (BTW, I learned from someone after the fact that it was a very simple fix, but by that time I'd moved on to a new doctor). I have used Nava this year for a detox massage (which was excellent) and an IV for a bad cold. I do wonder if they kept the best of their practitioners and moved them to this one location, but I haven't remained active enough to know. To me, the new location is a sad reminder of what could have been.

Kelly (ND) was at my level I know I don't know it all, but I do know a lot about biochemistry, even though I was a computer person. The how's and why's of keto diet (increase of norepinephrine, epinephrine regulates how much fatty acids are turned into ketone), the use of calcium d-glucarate to help decrease bad estrogens along with DIM and many other things. But, I also know full well, that I don't know everything and I have much to learn. That's where Kelly came in. She told me of the need to balance copper and zinc in their appropriate ratios to ensure that both are utilized by the body. My ratios were way off. She also partly understood my depression and how it's necessary to both take a break from working to improve ourselves because life overwhelms us as well as the need to try-try-again. I'm grateful for that information and her encouragement.

Great service when you can get it, but unfortunately I have experienced way too many cancellations and cannot justify renewing my membership.
