Clinician took the time to explain (in detail) all of my lab results and what they meant. Also explained the supplements recommended. The lady who checked me out (Karla) was very pleasant and informative and also took her time with me. Quality customer service seems harder and harder to come by these days. I am impressed by the level of professionalism I received from the entire staff.
