I have a great nutritionist who genuinely cares about my health. I do not feel like anyone else here cares at all. They don't even consider what the nutritionist says. They miss and are late to appointments all the time, as if my time is not equally as important as theirs. They called me to make sure I was coming in during bad weather, I did and then their nurses didn't show up. I waited for 45 minutes before they told me they were not going to show up. They did reimburse me for that month, because I didnt use any of my items due to cancellations and then this no show. They have canceled 20 of my appointments and then told me they were going to charge me for canceling one when I could barely talk. If I did not have a truly wonderful nutritionist, I would not be going there anymore. Oh and I have lost no weight in 6 months which is why I am going there and paying this ridiculous sums of money to them.

THIS IS THE WORST HEALTH EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I AM REPORTING TO BBB AND TAKING LEGAL ACTION I decided to frequent Nava Health on or around February 1st 2023 for preventative care because I herd good things about their IV and vitamin D shots. This is when my nightmare started. This will review will explain how Nava Health has been taking money out of my account for an entire year after I have cancelled my membership and how their nutrition program has caused me health problems that until this day I have not been able to solve. Because NAVA will not stop charging my account after copious promises from NAVA to stop, I have finally decided to write a review, report them to BBB and each out to legal team to see if I have any way of stopping their constant attack on my funds. First, I decided to get NAVA VIP gold membership. At the time this cost me about 80 per month. I was told I would get credits on my monthly IVs and vitamin D shots. When I would go to NAVA, I would usually have to pay $40 out of pocket in addition to the $80 a month. It was explained to me that the vitamin D shots were not covered in the gold membership even though before I got the plan I was told I could use my credits for the shots. After paying for a few months, I decided that the plan was not worth it. About 10 months after leaving, I realized NAVA would send me bills for $10 to $160. There was no explanation of why I would receive these bills. After calling in I was told that my insurance did not pay what they were suppose to pay. I was extremely confused on why it would take almost a year for NAVA to realize that my insurance did not pay their part. After reaching out to my insurance, I realize that my insurance paid their portion and NAVA was charging me for no reason. I cancelled my card and told my bank to stop accepting charges from this company, but NAVA was relentless in charging me. Somehow they still got access to my funds and charged me monthly, a year after I cancelled the membership. I just recently receive two $10 charges and a $160 charge in February of 2024. I ended my membership in April of 2023. Also, I bought their nutrition package for a one time charge of about $800. This package included copious supplements to ensure my guts health. After taking the supplements, I have had a sever pain in my right side and Lower back. I have spent copious amounts of dollars to investigate the cause of my problem and all the doctors I've gone to can't explain what wrong. Because of all the problems that have occurred, I would tell anyone who will listen to stay far away from this scam.

The company want to find out the why. Why is it hard for a person to loss weight and whats standing in the way.

I joined Nava in early December in hopes of looking for ways to boost my metabolism. My energy level had been decreasing and my joy for going to the gym was non-existent. To top things off I was battling with chronic pain in my face and neck. Each visit began to dig deeper into the “why” I was feeling so fatigued. Due to Nava doing in-depth blood work i have been able to pinpoint my triggers and factors. Once we determined the why the doctors and nutritionist began the work of “how.” Although I am not a 100% my quality of life has been improving one day at a time. Thank you Nava for listening and truly hearing the needs of your patient.
