I started seeing g nutritionist in late January 2024, she gave me goals to set for myself and gave me the tools. The best advice in o e month I saw a difference. But first I needed to get menopause under control and thanks to NAVA I was able to do that. My libido is over the top. (IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN) no more hot flashes, sleepless nights and my middle section is shrinking.

I have was searching for a place to help with my horrible menopause symptoms. I am very happy with the health care professional that work at Nava.
