This is a wonderful, first rate company located in Jacksonville, Florida. Can't imagine where these bad reviews are coming from. Been buying from them for years and I've had good experiences only.

Don't trust what customer service tells you about returns. I asked beforehand and was told it would cost $5.95 to return. After sending back an item that didn't fit, they withheld over $14 because they also refuse to refund the original shipping fee. It is incredibly frustrating to be penalized financially after checking the policy beforehand. Would you like me to modify any specific phrasing, or are you ready to copy and paste this text to platforms like Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau?

Blames customer service misinformation on AI as well as shipping issues on whichever company they pass your order off to. Images appearing to be embroidered sometimes are not. Fabrics often extremely thin.

Esta empresa es una vergüenza. Yo compré una blusa el día 22 de julio y hoy, día 14 de agosto, me dicen que el producto está agotado. Lo normal es q lo hubieran sacado antes a la venta. Y me dicen q elija otro producto. Yo le digo q quiero el reembolso. Pero me ponen excusas y me ponen pegas, y, al final ni siquiera contestan. Es indignante. Y según se comportan es mala gestión y mala educación. Yo recomiendo q no se compre nada esta empresa.

Do not order from these crooks.I’d give zero stars if that was an option. I just got done with a worthless chat with this company for sheets they sent me that had literal holes in them. I ordered for my daughter’s birthday in May but they took two and a half weeks to get here and she had to leave. We opened them yesterday and they were shredded. They won’t replace them because it’s outside their return window. I’m pretty sick of these online companies getting away with murder and sending out crap. This is disgraceful. Do not order from them!

Ridiculously slow shipping. I spent a hundred dollars just to get free shipping. All I ordered were headbands. The order was supposed to come today, 6 days from shipment date and now it's been delayed.

*Updated to add that my order was placed through the legitimate Natural Life website and NOT a scam website or link from another site. I’ve purchased from them before and always use their actual website. Natural Life quality has gone down hill. They used to offer more 100% cotton options but a lot of the items are synthetic now. If you can find cotton pieces the fabric is so thin now. Their website has no proper “Contact” info, you need to put it in the search bar and then it’s only AI agents that will get back to you. Someone said their clothes come from China and that’s why it takes so long to receive them. This makes sense because one of the worst things about shopping with Natural Life aside from the lower quality and lack of customer service is they use a “last mile” shipping company out of Canada called UniUni. This has to be one of the most horrible and dishonest delivery companies I’ve ever experienced. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and the package has not moved for days. I’ve gotten 2 notifications from UniUni that they attempted 2 deliveries which is an outright lie. I’ve been home and I have cameras, no one ever came to my house on the days or times they said they came to the door. Plus I don’t need to receive it in person, they could just leave the package in front of my door, so the lies are egregious. Check their reviews on Trust Pilot, their ratings are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ll never shop Natural Life again.
