Natural Life is hit or miss. You just have to be a savvy shopper. I have several flowy tops, a dress, a sweater, and pajamas from them that I LOVE. Never had a shipping or sizing issue etc. All my deliveries have been timely, and when I exchanged one thing for a different size once - it was easy. I've also ordered lots of knickknacks and presents from them etc, all of which have been super cute. I think you just have to sort of set your expectations that this is not a luxe brand. It's cute, fun, basically fast fashion like Shien or something, but a little better. Things from Natural Life aren't going to last SUPER long, but they're exactly as pictured etc. I took a star off because their sheets are TERRIBLE. Like, they need to stop selling them and calling them sheets terrible. They don't list a thread count or type of sheet fabric (percale, sateen etc), so I should have realized. It's just super thin cotton, see through even in dark colors. And they charge $$ for them.

where are all these bad comments coming from. I love this store! would give it five except... prices are to high and shipping is slow. I have shopped with them 4 times now.

I just saw a scam “natural life” website on Instagram so I would assume most of these 1 star reviews are from people who were misled and never actually ordered from the real Natural Life app or website. I have purchased about a dozen dresses from natural life through their app and have always received my order within 1-2 weeks. I personally have found their sizing to be consistent especially with their dresses as is their quality. I have never ordered sheets however because they have always been too expensive and usually I shop their sales as far as clothes go. I have gotten numerous compliments every time I wear one of their dresses and I’ve never paid for shipping because I always place an order over $100. As far as customer service goes, I’ve never had to return anything because like I said their sizing in their dresses is consistent for me. I’m almost positive though these bad reviews are from the scam website.

I have purchased several of their blankets for myself and my granddaughters. They are absolutely beautiful and so soft! They hold up very well in the washing machine. We really love them!! Shipping was fast! The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars, is that I did buy one dress and the material was thin.

I have loved everything I have ordered from them. They have fast shipping any my returns were easy. Now they do only offer store credit for returns but I didn’t mind as I love treating myself to their clothes. They do run large so I have generally ordered a size down but have been happy everytime! I order directly from their website and not from Facebook ads or instagram ads as there are way too many people scamming stores sites I’ve noticed 🙏🏼

I order three items... I'm 5'8" 190#. Happy with the fit and the length (which is important to me). Took about 10 days/2 weeks to delivery, but I expected that. Waited to order anything else...to see if I likes it. Answer: I'll be ordering from them again.

The experience with customer service was good BUT the fitted sheet and flat sheet I got today are not! They both are VERY VERY THIN! I can ACTUALLY SEE THROUGH THE SHEETS. I paid $27 per sheet. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NATURAL LIFE AGAIN. EVER.

I am sort of shocked at the reviews of NL. I have ordered a few things from them over the years. Mostly clothing items. I do find their prices to be on the high side. The quality is good. Not great. But it is good. I have had a skirt I have worn many times for a couple years. A super comfy romper. Knitted tops. Everything has been fine. I have seen NL in a couple shops as well. It’s not a scam. Sipping isn’t Amazon fast but it’s standard shipping. Usually 3-5 days once shipped. Never had any red flags. Once again. I do think their prices are high and usually buy things on sale bc I don’t think products are worth full price but I don’t think these reviews are accurate.
