Beware: Estimated delivery dates given when ordering are not even close. Tracking info is also not reliable, mine was never updated. Customer service chat rep said delivery policy is within 8 business days from when the Company delivers the product to the carrier. It appears that the Company delivers the product to the carrier when it gets around to it. Too bad, clothing looks cute online.

I discovered Natural Life and couldn't be happier with their clothes. They have such happy, beautiful colors. The clothes I've ordered fit well and have been well made. The clothes I've ordered arrive quickly, and returns are easy.

I bought sheets and it ripped after a few months. They won’t do anything about it because it happened after 60 days.

Was looking forward to my first (now last) purchase from them. I ordered 2 plain white tees, they came quite quickly. As usual before wearing, i washed both together in cold water, gentle short cycle. BOTH literally shredded, Completely unsalvageable! I immediately contacted the company and sent pictures of ruined tees. ABSOLUTELY no help or Iresolution. By way this is my first EVER review of ANY BUSINESS. This is how bad the tees were! I cannot express strongly enough I want to say DON’T BUY!

Customer service is absolutely the worst. I have spent so much money with this company and I’ve been such a faithful customer. Helping customers resolve their problems , finding resolutions and being kind would be important to accompany like this. They truly need to hire more grown-up wiser, customer service reps. It is obvious that this is a corporation that does not care about the customers most disappointing.

I was a very happy customer while they were using good fabrics, and having their designs made in other countries beside China, because since they transitioned to China making their clothes the quality of the fabric, the sizing of everything from arm holes to length to straps have gone to junk! Fabric is paper thin, sewing is usually substandard, length is usually much longer than description, and the same designs I purchased previously when their clothes were made in other countries do not in the least compare in anyway with what’s being sold now. I wish it weren’t so because I love the hippie look…I have probably purchased close to 50 dresses, and also gifted clothing from them in the past, and am a seamstress which certainly comes in handy when I have to alter or repair everything which shouldn’t be necessary!

I purchased the SOOO SOFT COTTON SHEETS. $119.00 for sheets that are no more than 80 thread count. They are coarse and scratchy. I washed them thinking they were probably just full of sizing. Nope. They are just trash. And not eligible for return because I washed them. I will never buy ANYTHING from Natural Life again.

Just do not buy from them- spend your money somewhere else. I washed my denim vest to soften it so I could wear it and it came out with the blue discolored, which did not seem to be there before- I would have noticed. I sent pics and explained and basically they said two things; that is how it is made and you washed it. Well, I would have to wash it sometime- and now a big blue spot darker than the rest of it and it's on the chest. They can see it is not me- geez. Very upsetting. I am sure this has happened to someone else. I will not risk and buy anything again.
