Customer service is absolutely the worst. I have spent so much money with this company and I’ve been such a faithful customer. Helping customers resolve their problems , finding resolutions and being kind would be important to accompany like this. They truly need to hire more grown-up wiser, customer service reps. It is obvious that this is a corporation that does not care about the customers most disappointing.

Don't trust what customer service tells you about returns. I asked beforehand and was told it would cost $5.95 to return. After sending back an item that didn't fit, they withheld over $14 because they also refuse to refund the original shipping fee. It is incredibly frustrating to be penalized financially after checking the policy beforehand. Would you like me to modify any specific phrasing, or are you ready to copy and paste this text to platforms like Trustpilot or the Better Business Bureau?

On June 22, 2026 I ordered 2 tops from Natural Life as I liked the way they looked online. I live in Western Colorado. The items were shipped on June 23 but I did not receive them until July 1! Tracking the shipment, it went from Jacksonville, FL to Denver so I expected the pkg a few days later. In tracking the pkg, it then went from Denver to Seattle to Portland, back to Denver & finally to me in Western Colorado, so I found this to be a bit frustrating but obviously a PO problem. When I finally received the 2 tops, I found that they are made of very flimsy cotton material and definitely run quite large. I will keep the tops but not order from them again especially as the flimsy material doesn't warrant the price paid.

I don't usually do reviews, especially negative, but I've had a few problems but they did take care of them. I've had tops disintegrate in the washer. (Sent a load of photos to prove it), another dress that one side of the strap was put on backwards and the the pockets completely frayed on the inside. Another dress had pulls all along the front of the fabric. The last straw was them upping their prices. I can buy a lot more than a poorly made one for 1/3 to 1/2 of the ridiculous prices you have now. It was fun while it lasted.

I ordered a dress and some other items recently and loved all the pieces. After washing the dress twice, there are holes in the fabric. The dress was not washed with other clothing that would have damaged it. I am baffled and disappointed because I really liked the dress.

I purchased 2 dresses in my order. They’re both lovely, comfortable summer dresses. One of them, however, has a wildly uneven hem with a difference of 2 inches between one side and the other. I reached out to customer service for help and received a reply that it was being escalated to customer service. I have not received any other response. I wrote a review at their request and shared the same info which yielded a reply that I should email support so they could fix the issue. Honestly, finding the the right avenue to resolve an issue should not be this hard. Hopefully I’ll hear from them but I don’t believe I will give them any more of my money.

I seldom purchase clothing from on line companies and I have to be very captivated with an item before actually purchasing. I had not ordered from Natural Life previously although I there were a few dresses I liked. I ordered the Magnolia Prairie Cream peasant blouse and when it arrived i really liked it, the style, the feel of fabric. I hung it up for a couple weeks to dewrinkle as it was very wrinkled when it came. The wrinkes were still there. In the photo it appeared to be a bit crinkly and that was fine. I was going to wear it and so I very lightly sprayed it with downy wrinkle remover and the fabric puckered strangely kind of seersuckery. I smoothed it a little, let it dry and wore it. I was home a couple hours later and it was wrinkled like a rag! Such a disappointment. It looked like a used thrift store item, not a 50$ top. I may try ironing it but I can only imagine what will happen when I wash it. I fear it will disintegrate. I am done with natural life.

I love their clothes, but the customer service is horrible! The customer service agents are so rude anytime I call. I called to ask for a simple return label because the one I got when I processed the return wasn't printable. She kept saying I need to use the QR code and they recommend I drop it off at the post office to an agent and if I wasn't able to print it before it probably won't print this time.....I just ASKED FOR A SHIPPING LABEL!!!!! It's fair to say, yes I will send you the label. We do recommend that you hand it off to a person at the post office. End of story. I don't understand why they have to be rude. I hate calling in.
