I blame myself because even though it says it’s based in Jacksonville it’s manufactured in China, and you can tell by the tracking number. It’s taking forever to get to me. My first purchase took not as long. But I’ve learned my lesson. Plus if this doesn’t fit, I will have to pay for shipping Buyer beware. I will not order from this company again

Bought a king throw/blanket for my bed. I am please with the design and its nice and oversized. What im not happy with is that the back is pure white, they did not match a solid coler to the back and loose super cheap when u pull a corner down. Its also not very soft . Noone wants to sleep under a scratchy blanket. If I had paid $50 id know what I was getting, but $150 and its definitely not up to expectations.

I ordered the Sedona jumpsuit. It's completely sheer and transparent. For the price and material I do not recommend.

I purchased a small very expensive candle that had a “secret message” inside once you burn the candle. It was with some other funny items. I gave it to a friend as a gift. The only thing marking the candle was a tiny piece of paper that stated it was scented “Jasmine and Honey”. My friend burned the candle. I was embarrassed to find out that the message said “I love you so much”. No where on the candle did it state what the message might be or what kind of message, like friendship or love, etc. Thankfully my friend thought it funny. Could have been worse had I given it to someone else. Just thought you should know.

I was on facebook when I saw an ad for a warehouse sale at Natural Life. I clicked on the link and could hardly believe how deep the discounts were, but it looked legit, so I loaded up my shopping cart. I went to check out, but it all started to somehow seem 'off'. I closed the page and googled Natural Life reviews, which were very mixed, so I went to their official facebook page, and noticed a warning (from 2024) about a scam site that was being advertised on social media. DO NOT click on the facebook ad link, which is naturalslifes . store. Hope it gets shut down soon because a lot of people are getting ripped off.

I used to trust and love Natural Life clothing. I only buy rayon and bamboo fabrics. That was how I found them. I have 3 of their rayon dresses. I have their rayon pants. And ordered more. Unfortunately not only have the recent items not been rayon but a KNIT. But the size was insanely large. It was just cheap and horrible. Instead of treating me like a respected repeat customer. They automatically charged me almost 8 dollars to return. I know how much commercial shipping costs and that's double what they pay. And the mistake is theirs. They've lost a loyal customer.
