I'm shocked that there are negative reviews on this site and can only attribute this to fake sites. For me, the experience has been excellent and I feel I've found a new retail friend with Natural Life. Started at Christmas with snuggly and colorful throws. Today I slipped into the Patti Palazzo pants and immediately began smiling. Flowing and free - like me! Colors are vibrant and fabric is soft and giving. The Danielle Square Neck top pairs delightfully. For me, it's about the feel and flow of the garments and these are delightfully wonderful. I'm hooked and will be back for more. Ordering was easy and delivery fast. Enjoy how things are packaged - obviously with care. For me, a great company. Thank you!

Don't order anything,I ordered a bunch of stuff,it never came. Send fake tracking numbers. Everyone write reviews everywhere you possibly can on this fake company. The company are nothing but thiefs. Buyer beware!!!!!!!?!?!

I fell for it too. Sale prices, so I bought a lot. Never came, long customer service emails with bogus tracking links, then offered 70% refund after second delivery never arrived. Contacting my bank tomorrow cause I doubt that will even happen. Most of what I ordered was for my sister going thru cancer treatment so I am gut wrenched.

I ordered my wife a dress that was $72 and a beautiful hair clip that was $12 for our wedding gift and did this on a friends phone so it would be a surprise. When ordering I did not realize that the iPhone auto populated an old address that my order was shipped and delivered to. I went by the address which is an hour away from me to find out that the lady said she returned the package. I called customer service who told me they could see it was ordered on and iPhone so the address was probably auto populated and there was nothing they could do. This was my second order and will be my last. I was not asking for a refund just want what I ordered as a gift for my wife. My wife has ordered over $2,000 worth of items over the past two years and she said she has had a piece of clothing not fit or something messed up on the item and was told to keep it as well as refunded her money but I can't get the dress and hair clip replaced and shipped to the correct address. I will be letting everyone I can know about my experience. My wife and I will not be ordering from Natural Life again unless this is made right. Thanks for reading and be careful when you order!

I found Natural Life, based in FL, through a Google search for modest dresses. I ended up ordering a couple dresses and some tees. The quality was good, especially for the price on sale. I was between sizes on one dress, so before I ordered I contacted customer service and they responded within a couple hours with advice, and it fits great. No issues with delivery. It was only after I ordered that I learned online that scammers are reusing their ads and directing people to a spoof website selling cheaply made knockoffs. Natural Life has addressed the issue on their official social media. I've since ordered a couple more tees from them when they had a free shipping promo. Make sure you don't fall for scams! Be careful clicking social media links. Shop through their real website. Their clothes and customer service are great!

I ordered several items and instead of just continuing to ship it with UPS my package was then transferred to USPS and then just disappeared. Contacted Customer Service, they wouldn't assist me and pretty much said it was not their. Problem worst shopping experience.

I placed 2 orders over a month ago! Reached out to “customer service “ and they gave me a tracking number on a scam site that you cannot login to. After reading all of these reviews I will be disputing the charges with my credit card.

Use the REAL site! Go directly thru your cellphone app store to add the Natural Life app to be sure you have the TRUE company. I have had many positive experiences ordering from Natural Life since 2020. They email you order number directly after purchase then email your tracking number in a 2nd email when it ships. The REAL Natural Life is based in Florida. I ordered a duplicate dress again and the 2nd dress was thinner. Sent photo to customer service and they sent me a $65 store credit. Ordered a 2nd dress and it arrived in 3 days.
