Terrible customer service. They do not respond to any emails you send them if you have an issue with your order. Their size charts, compared to the clothing are a total joke. I ordered 2 dresses based on their size chart of size Medium. The dresses that came were absolutely enormous. Easily would have fit an xtra large. Not a little roomy, massive. So I was out $30 on one dress because it was final sale and they would not respond to any of my emails and the other dress, I’m still waiting on my “store” credit, because they will not refund your method of payment. Needless to say, if I ever receive my credit and use it, I would never shop with them again. They clearly could care less about customer satisfaction.

There was an ad on Facebook purporting to be Natural Life. They were having a sale. I should've known it was a scam because the prices were insanely low, and the real Natural Life company's prices are very high and even on sale I can't afford them. But I was tempted, so I ordered. Afterwards I saw the REAL Natural Life's Facebook page they had a post warning of a scam. Turns out to be a fake store from China that stole images from Natural Life and used them to sell fake copies or no order gets delivered. Almost two months later I've had nothing delivered despite their "tracking number"saying the order was on its way. I'm only out 13 bucks but I'm sure others paid a lot for this scam. Their "Natural life" company is gone now of course. They're simply using another name. I am sure the merchandise from the real store is great and I'm sure they've gotten some angry phone calls from people who were scammed. Facebook can't keep up with these scammers. My advice is if you see a company on Facebook you'd like to shop from, Google their shop separately from Facebook. Read reviews. Do your research, know the signs. Maybe you won't fall for the next scam.

Not to be confused with Natural Life! Naturallife is a look alike website, products look alike (may use the real company’s photos). The prices are very low, looking like a clearance. I fell for this on Instagram. Realizing my mistake, I asked to be refunded. They sent multiple long emails, apologizing for delays and offering partial refunds… I lodged a fraud claim and my bank handled it. DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

They have scam advertising on social media. I got ripped off, emailed every email noted on my “Order confirmation” only to receive a customer service survey instead of finding my order. Never shopping with them ever again

I am sort of shocked at the reviews of NL. I have ordered a few things from them over the years. Mostly clothing items. I do find their prices to be on the high side. The quality is good. Not great. But it is good. I have had a skirt I have worn many times for a couple years. A super comfy romper. Knitted tops. Everything has been fine. I have seen NL in a couple shops as well. It’s not a scam. Sipping isn’t Amazon fast but it’s standard shipping. Usually 3-5 days once shipped. Never had any red flags. Once again. I do think their prices are high and usually buy things on sale bc I don’t think products are worth full price but I don’t think these reviews are accurate.

Buyer Beware!! 28 days to get order for Christmas. Came 12 days late. No response from them. My bank helped. I believe they are not legit!!

I ordered 2 sets of sheets complete with extra pillow cases. Never in my life have I felt such thin fabric. I’ll be surprised if they makes it through 1 washing. What a total waste of money and 1 set was supposed to be a Christmas gift but I would be embarrassed to gift such poor quality items! The colors are not near as brilliant as that of the ads either. I ordered a tshirt from them a few years ago and it was really cute. Never again.

Terrible misinformation and false advertisement of products. I ordered a trinket dish and it’s not even big enough to be a ring dish. Return policy is horrible. You have to return it and they take it out of the cost of your product. Never again will I buy from this company
