I bought the little wooden bench, which in the pictures, looks like the flowers are raised up. In fact, they are all just painted on. This is NOT worth 40$.

I ordered $350 worth of clothing. I never received my items and called customer service. They told me I had to track and find my missing items and that I would not reimbursed for my missing items. I called four different times. I'm soooo sad that they scammed me. Travesty.

I hesitated to order due to some of the reviews here but I'm glad I did. I have now placed multiple orders and returned items etc. Orders arrived in timely manner. The items I have kept have been washed multiple times and have held up well. Yes, they do charge a return fee but most companies I deal with do that now. 4 stars because some of the items I have ordered that have a rough hem have to be trimmed after washing for lose threads.

They do have really cute things and I love their products. However, I bought something that was too big. I made it all the way through the return process only to discover at the end that I would be charged the return fee. Unless, of course, I got a store credit. In this day and age, this just seems antiquated and a good way to lose customers. Now, I don't feel like shopping there anymore.

I placed an order and it came pretty quickly. I was worried about them being reputable. I also needed a receipt so I called and a very nice woman sent me one by e-mail right away. So, it is definitely legitimate.

I ordered a small welcome home gift for my grandson coming home from the Navy. I paid next day delivery. It has not even been picked up by UPS yet so there’s no way it’s getting to Kentucky from Jacksonville Florida today. I tried to contact them at 2 PM and they were closed. Evidently they aren’t open on the weekend, either. If they couldn’t have gotten it there overnight, they shouldn’t have offered it. It was quite expensive to pay for overnight premium delivery. No Customer Service no customer support. I don’t think this is a legitimate business. Better Business Bureau needs to check it out.

I was disappointed with tracking the package. I felt it took too long. I wanted to order more items, and the pressure was on to buy more. I did order more, and asked for “Express mail”, but can’t figure out what that means. Not sure if I will buy again from this company.

I am updating my customer review from one star to four. I am still having some troubles with the app, but customer support really came through!
