the XS Berkeley dress was huge. They are charging me to return the dress 7.99 shipping and 4+$ for "restocking" not a good way to do business.

The experience with customer service was good BUT the fitted sheet and flat sheet I got today are not! They both are VERY VERY THIN! I can ACTUALLY SEE THROUGH THE SHEETS. I paid $27 per sheet. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NATURAL LIFE AGAIN. EVER.

Terrible return experience. I ordered 2 items, promptly returned both, exchanging one of the items. They offer return or exchange. I received the exchange and then promptly returned that. My money was given back in the form of a gift card. I called and was told gift card was what I checked. I have no way of knowing, but I accept I may have checked the wrong box. I explained that I just wanted my credit card reimbursed, no gift card. They wouldn’t budge. I then got a call that they credited my card for one of the items. The associate said they met me half way. If they could cancel the gift card and reimburse for one, they can obviously do it for both. They have their product and my money. Be careful when returning, their website can be confusing. I’d advise calling and having an associate take care of any returns or exchanges.

I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the bedding once it arrived. The zippers on the pillows were very sloppy, the quilt was very thin, the fitted sheet barely got onto my mattress (that might be on me, the size was full/queen, and I have a queen).

I see some of these negative comments and I can't believe it's from the actual site I think it has to be scam sites. This company has been awesome I have ordered six times from them I have loved everything I've gotten. My sister loves everything she has gotten one thing had a hole in the pocket and she didn't want to send it back but she let them know about it and they gave her a credit for her next order. I have two other friends that have ordered from them and love everything also. It might be a little expensive but I don't find it really more expensive than most other catalogs. And it's colorful it's fun I am a larger woman and quite often the catalogs you order from are very frumpy old lady looking and this isn't. Every time I wear their clothing I get at least one compliment if not more.

Original price of the skirt was $55.25. Plus taxes etc came to $68.41. Skirt was too big and cut was not as flattering so I decided to return it. Saw that to return you would just pay the return shipping fee of $7.95 however after my return was processed, my refund was $51.90 which is even less than what just the skirt cost. Paid $68.41 and received $51.90 back. Total of $16.51 difference. Just so others are aware.

I ordered from the legit Natural Life. Pros: ordering process, fairly timely delivery, quality of clothes decent. Cons: Returns. 2 options for returns, gift card or original payment. Original payment will deduct $7.90 for return shipping. Fair. The problem, despite choosing original payment, they forced gift card. After gift card was forced claimed there was zero way to correct and refund to original payment. Customer service didn't seem to care. It took many emails, escalation to management (only available M-F during ET business hours), and over a week before, after a lengthy voicemail with excuses and claims of policy violation, that they would refund to my original form of payment. Now I will never order from them again because of the way they managed the return. Not worth the headache.

I have been reading bad reviews. I ordered 2 times there, I live in Canada, and I received everything in about ten days and everything corresponds to what I order. I loved what offer, it’s cute and original. The service is good, you have a follow up of your order, the quality is great… and they have fun stuff. And I will order again. So maybe some of you were scammed by another site…
