I returned the paper thin cheap product materials within a week and they would not refund total amount. Clothes are so cheap and refund policy is a scam

I've been buying clothes from Natural life for about 3 years now & have had mixed experiences. They have some very cute stuff, but some of it has ended up fitting me very weird, ripping easily, the waist band falling apart after being washed and dried twice on a pair of palazzo pants to name the negatives. My favorite jumsuit ever is from them as well as maxi skirt. They have great sales & I recommend taking advantage of those a $20 dress that may not last is not much of a loss as compared to the $65 dollars for fully priced items.

I purchased a kingsized cotton quilt and 2 shams. Not only was the shipment received within 5 days, but the quality exceeded my expectations.

I love Natural Life. They have amazing clothing, great accessories, and wonderful candles. I love working with them. I use some of their items to give to my friends and family.

I like the fabric; color and print. The cut of the boho top is boxy ; tight in raglan sleeve and boxy full fabric in bodice. The neckline design is sloppy. Likely my mature age is a factor. This casually made top may work well for a young adult.

Out standing C/S. Lost return receipt. Sent back with a different carrier than they use. Emily B went above and beyond in reviewing returns daily and notified me of credit when it finally arrived! Great service!

Loved these dresses, until I realized quality was poor. Apparently they are disposable dresses..ie one season. Only wore them a handful of times and multiple items have holes. Bummer.

Not sure what I was expecting, but the colors and patterns beguiled me. PLUS: The price point was acceptable, and the reviews weren’t terrible. MINUS: Shipping took two weeks, and everything smelled of oil. Had to wash 3x just to mute it. I wash my bedding weekly, and two weeks in, one pillowcase is already ripped. I likely won’t buy again. I absolutely love everything I got, and it’s sad knowing they won’t last. I just don’t think the quality is there, and that’s absolutely antithetical to where we need to be going right now, economically and ecologically.
