I love this company!!! I have purchased clothes, sheets, tapestries, totes, wall hangings, shower curtain, bathmat, etc. I buy something almost every other week. I watch the sales. I had no problem returning a shirt that didn’t fit. I get my packages within 7 business days like clockwork.

They have, by far, the WORST customer service I have ever seen. Good luck if you order something and it gets lost in the mail, which is highly likely. Its a nightmare trying to resolve issues. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere. They do not care about customer service at all.

Worst customer service person I’ve ever spoken to on the phone. Only one word for it. RUDE!!!!!!!! I waited 10 minutes to even know if I was still on the line so I hung up and called back and waited. Another seven minutes to be verbally assaulted by whoever is at your front desk. People should never have to deal with this kind of customer service and nobody should be paying somebody that’s that bad at it!

Natural life has good quality clothes. There is a knock off company site @ naturallifes.shop that makes clothes & items that look like Natural life but they are a scam site. DONT get them confused!

Customer service is terrible and the ads are misleading.

where are all these bad comments coming from. I love this store! would give it five except... prices are to high and shipping is slow. I have shopped with them 4 times now.

Bought a shirt for my wife, it's so cheap. Customer service is beyond terrible. They need negative 5 stars

Nice stuff, but lousy customer service when it comes to returns. Dropped it off at the post office three days ago; have the receipt with the tracking number but it still says USPS is waiting for the item. I’ve emailed them twice already and, like their website says, “chirp” as in crickets as in NO RESPONSE. $150 worth of items! Don’t even want the store credit anymore as I will NEVER purchase from them again.
