I placed my order 5/16/2025, after waiting almost a month, the tracking states it has been delivered, I did not receive anything. As another person posted, according to their website they are in Jacksonville FL, but when I got the tracking for the shipment it was from CHINA (by the way I live in Florida), when you go on their website and try to contact them, not possible! this is a scam! BUYER BEWARE! I hope I get my money back but doubt that will happen!

I’m still waiting for my order ..most likely I will never receive. They want to make the online store look American as apple pie but it is ships from China.Not a problem for me accept they should tell you that you will wait for months.. but who knows if it will ever come..

Bought a sheet set from Natural Life 5/28/25. They arrived, but are so incredibly thin! You can see through the top sheet! Also, they’re really not all that soft, even after being washed. I’ve gotten sheets from other sellers that are far higher quality for half the price! Yes, their stuff is cute. But buyer beware: the quality is not there, especially for the prices they want!

First, signing on is ridiculous. I bought some really cute items. The fabric is incredibly cheap. Very thin. One dress I wore tore the first time I wore it. Unfortunately I was in the midst of moving and missed the 30 day return deadline. So I was stuck with over $100 of shamefully poor fabric that I was too embarrassed to wear. Everything went to donation. It’s all adorable but don’t believe the reviews like I did. They could not be authentic. I made up the date below because after 7 steps it’s not worth ge back to my order history. It’s shameful

Everything sold by this company is “Made in China” I made a huge mistake and didn’t research this company as I usually do. I don’t WANT to buy anything MADE IN CHINA much less wear it.

Everything I have bought has been of excellent quality and reasonably priced. The merch on sale is voluminous. Customer service stellar. There is a warning on their Instagram that several companies are fraudulently impersonating them selling low quality products. Thua is dated March 15, 2024. Just use their app.

So far, I have liked the clothes I have bought, 3 sun dresses and a maxi skirt. Their sizes can be off, so be careful. My biggest complaint is their packaging. Everything gets shipped in the smallest plastic bag they can put it in, and everything is INCREDIBLY WRINKLED. I attempted to iron the wrinkles out at home, but they were so deeply embedded, I ended up taking them to my dry cleaners for professional ironing. So, it ended up costing me money just to be able to look like I hadn't slept in them for a month. Disappointed to say the least.

Never recieved order. Was told I could only be refunded 70%of my purchase amount. Why only 70% for products never received. Never recieved the refund! No money, no products...the only thing I did receive was a $150 void in my bank account and empty promises
