Worst customer service ever. Do not order at all. Im missing 2 packages over 200 dollars worth of items. Natural lifes answer was that it says delivered and the other package is wrong address. Both are untrue. How can one package say delivery if the other that has the same address says wrong address. They do not work with you. I will show proof upon request with the emails.

I came here after being ignored by NL customer service and wow looks like a lot of people have had the similar experience. I wrote them because the pants I bought have a made in china label and the top was polyester. This is a concern because I started shopping there because they have products made w natural materials and made in America! Needless to say, I will not be shopping there anymore.

Advertised as SOO SOO SOFT, and they are Soo Soo SCRATCHY. I cannot return as I have no transportation to do so. Possible customers.. BE INFORMED. $127 for a set of sheets that did nothing but disappoint.

I ordered a dress from this company they took my money 2 months later emailing them trying every way to find out where my order is they said it was delivered. No it was not I contacted them more then 10 times they did not respond to me. This company is a scam do not order from them they will not resolve any issues you have.no customer service they such. I ordered a dress for a memorial service from another company, with expedited shipping. It never came. In a panic, I ordered a similar dress from Natural Life. Customer service helped me find it and had it shipped promptly. It came in time and I love the dress. Adorable, good quality.
