Natural LifeReviews of naturallife.com

I’m shocked at all of the bad reviews. Maybe it’s because I’ve never had to return anything but I love the designs and I’ve bought an oversized blanket, a mug and a journal from them. Never had any issues.

They rob ppl. I pd $55 + shipping for a night jumper, it was huge so I returned it and only get back $39.62. If tall believed in your brand you would stand behind it and not screw ppl over. I will never order from yall again!

Shipping was fast, purchased blue cozy bathrobe. Arrived with a horrible fish smell, quality poor, fabric flimsy & color washed out. Also made in China , maybe designed in Florida , but low quality Chinese product.

Almost everything I ordered was cheap, junky, bad fit or didn't look like the photo online. (colors not as bright etc.) One order was completely lost. They seem to review "reviews" and don't let negative ones go through. All their stuff looks cute online and they have great marketing but the products don't live up to the hype. Customer service is awful. This is from the real company. (PS there is also a scam imitation website. They should do something about that like report it to the feds or get better cyber-security to protect their photos and text bec that company is even worse and scamming their potential customers.)

Kept on bugging me. Never bought anything from this website .

Your customer service is awful -- you are polite, but the policy is way too rigid. The stick-on screen cleaners are defective, and I spent $34.04 on them, only to find recently when opened, they do not work -- the adhesive is permanently affixed to the backing. I understand not accepting returns from last December, but to ask me to order a whole new batch, without offering anything but a discount, without proving that the product isn't always defective, is unconscionable. I will not be ordering again, and am looking for a place to post a review -- don't want others wasting their money on a poorly made product. PristineScreens screen cleaners were great, but not made anymore, sadly. You could have learned from them.

I placed an order and they shared my personal information with third parties that have inundated me with all kinds of solicitation including inappropriate ones. All I wanted to do is buy someone a gift. I never should have ordered from Natural Life or trusted them with my information.

I think most write reviews when something has gone wrong but I'll leave a great one. My package was very late and had gotten stuck in transit. I grew impatient and asked for a refund with a promise that I would pay for it if it ever showed up. I was immediately granted the full amount. This was the first awesome thing. Then the package did arrive about a month later. By then I had already decided I didn't want what I had ordered and was going to return it if it did show. So I contacted Natural Life and asked what I should do. Their response was "Keep or donate the items". Wow!
