NasalFresh has been a game changer for me! My sinuses were sometimes so blocked that Navage wouldn't work. With 3 power settings this problem vanished! Also, I could never tell when the batteries on Navage needed changing until I filled it up so then I had to drain it! I charge my NasalFresh once a week and I'm set for once a day, or more, during the upcoming week. My sinusitis, which I had every 2-3 months, is completed gone!!

One of the containers broke multiple times. I spent the first 2 months getting this replaced 3 times. I wrote an unsatisfactory review after the first 2 and the company told me I would have to send in the broken part at my expense (pictures of all the broken pieces would not do) unless I was willing to allow the company to remove my review (first they wanted me to replace the review with a four-star review). After the final piece broke, I went back to my previous irrigation method. I realized the Nasalfresh was not even clearing the thick mucus. Payed way too much for this mistake.

Great unit for clearing out my nasal passages for seasonal allergy relief. It took me a while to figure out the best positioning and speed for full effectiveness but once I did... I also want to mention their Customer Service. I had issues with my original unit and 1 call into CS, they came up with a solution very quickly. Great product

I was honestly a little nervous to try this at first because anything going up my nose just sounds uncomfortable! Its honestly not so bad though and I’m glad I gave it a chance. Once I got the hang of it, it actually worked really well. It clears my nose out way better than a regular nasal spray and I can actually breathe again after using it, especially when I’m dealing with allergies or congestion, which is almost everyday. I like that it’s rechargeable and comes with different pieces so it can be used by more than one person. It does feel a little weird the first couple times and you definitely want to start on a lower setting like I did, but once you figure it out it’s not bad at all. It’s not something I use every single day, but when I need it, it really helps. I recommend using distilled water also, it gets less buildup over time, which is great!

I gave it a chance. I tried it four times trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong. I tried it on each different speed. I held it up to my nose tight with my mouth. open and water was running out of the nose piece and down my face down my arm and all over my bathroom. It made my ears hurt a little. I thought I'd give this a try because my navage quit working after your but the truth is this was terrible compared to my navage so I will go buy another navage at least I know that will work and it won't hurt my ears.

The nasal fresh MD machine works very well. It's easy to use and clears the nasal passage. I recommend it to anyone with problems with stuffy noses.

The NasalFresh design is a breath of fresh air = my wife and I had the worst flu in December and breathing was complicated with a vicious infection. Of course we have a Nettipot, but the results are limited without induction and evacuation of the nasal passages. Functionally a sound design that makes a huge difference when used properly; airways are cleared instantly! We did accidentally break one of the seals on our tank and they honored the warranty with replacement parts. Their customer service team are a pleasure to work with because they’re focused on finding the best, timeliest solution possible. We are lifetime customers now, we love NasalFresh MD for their genius design and customer service.
