The customer service experience with the NasalFresh team is unmatched. They’re beyond full service, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They’re the Chic-Fil-A of customer service and product knowledge. I would absolutely recommend the flush machine and their team to anyone who asked. When things weren’t right. Their team reached out proactively to get me fixed up and everything working. This is the 5 star experience we all hope for and deserve. Job well done.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Colleen and the customer service I’ve received from NasalFresh MD. I originally reached out about some ear popping I was experiencing with the irrigator, and Kaila was incredibly helpful in getting that resolved. A few days later, Colleen followed up with me completely unsolicited just to make sure I had received the information and to see how I was doing. That honestly meant a lot because she didn’t have to do that at all. I ended up telling her that the advice worked wonders and that the NasalFresh MD was the best $120 I’ve spent in my life. I also mentioned that I had accidentally dropped the device and cracked the bottom of the chamber, and simply asked if it was possible to get a replacement chamber. I wasn’t asking for a new device, and I definitely wasn’t expecting what happened next. Colleen immediately took care of it and sent me an entire replacement device. She didn’t make me jump through hoops, ask a million questions, or give me any hassle whatsoever. She even told me there was no need to send anything back and that she wanted the replacement experience to be as hassle-free as possible. Then, after the new device was delivered, she followed up again to see how it was doing. That is genuinely exceptional customer service. None of my interactions with Colleen ever felt scripted or transactional. She was kind, proactive, responsive, and actually seemed to care about whether I was happy with the product. Colleen deserves some serious recognition for this. If there’s a raise, bonus, promotion, employee-of-the-month award, whatever you guys have, give it to her. She absolutely deserves it. People remember customer service like this.

The machine is easy to use. The process is quick. I really like the fact that you can use regular salt packs and it is chargeable. I saw another brand that requires salt pods and runs on batteries. Previously I used the rinse squirt bottles. This works so much better than a rinse bottle. I get much better relief. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Nasal Fresh MD.

This is the third time I’ve bought one of these, they last a few months and then they stop working, the button will no longer press in after a few months of using it. I take very good care of it, otherwise it not lasting no more than a few months, it’s great about sucking the garbage out of my sinuses.

Love this product . It is so easy to use. A very clean product .The powered suction pushes solution up and around the back of the nostrils without making a mess. It’s helped my sinuses so much. I switched to Nasal Fresh from a different product that was so messy after use. The way nasal irrigation works is clean I’m not soaking wet after use. I love that NF uses a charge rather a plug in. Customer service is excellent. A person actually answers the phone and takes care of you.I highly recommend this product . So glad I bought it

This is by far the greatest device I have ever owned! I have had thee worst allergies the past few years and I bought a NasalFreshMD and my entire life changed after just the first use! What came out of my sinuses was more than alarming! I have now had the device for 6 days and have done 8 rinses. This device pulls everything bad out of your sinuses, it looked like sand that came out! One side pushes distilled water with their salt packet dissolved which is super comfy and the other side is like a vacuum! I am still blown away by how well this works, If your using a pot or squeeze bottle this is a game changer! I am on my 2nd day without allergy meds too! I NEVER thought this was possible! I will be a lifetime customer of NasalFreshMD and have already got one for my Dad who feels just like I do, game changing/life changing experience! Their salts are BEYOND amazing too, by far thee best and most comfortable rinse I have ever used, even better than the buffered solutions that come in a can. I dump the packet in and within about 90 seconds they are completely dissolved! You will not have a bunch of water stuck in your sinuses after using this device either! That is one of the reasons I bought it, but to have this thing suck all the junk that built up my entire life out of my sinuses and for ME to go 2 days now without an allergy pill is something I never ever expected! I highly recommend this device and company, they have been very responsive to my questions, they have YouTube Videos that demonstrate how everything works to make it easy. Overall the device is beyond easy to use and clean.. the 2 sets of Nose pillows really helps as there are 2 different sizes. Their solution/salts work better than anything I have ever tried from any of the companies out there… 5 stars isn’t enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I am literally recommending the NasalFreshMD to my entire family and everyone I know as Allergies seem to be something I am seeing everywhere which is alarming because I didn’t have allergies like this before.. I always had sinus problems but now I’m not having sinus pain, I’m breathing better, more energy, sleeping better and even my snoring is going away! The snoring is huge as my wife will make me sleep in the other room and last night I slept in our bed with her and this morning she said I was barely snoring and breathing perfect! The last 5 nights I think have been the best sleep I can remember in over a decade! Don’t even think about it, just buy it because I know you will be as thrilled as I am! This device solves so many problems, to think I was thinking of getting a sinus surgery… blows my mind because now I don’t need any surgery! It’s only the 6th day! Wow! This product is amazing. I have tried many differing nasal products , thus far this is the best I have tried. I use it several times a day. My breathing is easier and I feel more relaxed after each session. I love it so much that I purchased a second in the event I overuse my current machine. Having questions and calling customer service is also a delight . Everyone is customer friendly and professional. My whole experience with Nasalfreshmd has been phenomenal !
