The NasalFresh MD Machine is amazing for those who struggle with allergies! Very quick and easy to use, leaves my sinuses feeling amazing, and less "nose blowing" for me!

NasalFresh MD has been helpful for me. I bought a machine back in December and used it for several months. The machine cleans out my nose well, which helps my nose, ears, and throat. Unfortunately, the button on the hand-held device broke. When I reached out for help, I got a quick response and was sent a new machine. I really appreciate the support team, their messages, speed of response, and the replacement. I recommend this product and the company.

Customer Service with Nasal Fresh MD has been top tier. From the date I purchased the unit, the company's communication was transparent and frequent. I knew where my package was at each step in the delivery process. Unfortunately the unit was not a fit for my family and when I reached out to Customer Service, they were responsive and empathetic to our issue. They even offered to refund half the cost so I could gift the unit to someone who may find it useful. Who does that? Nasal Fresh MD, thats who! My final experience is what solidified 5 stars for this company. After deciding to return the unit, my husband ships the wrong box (our new air fryer not the nasal machine). When the mix up is discovered, they offer to cover shipping costs to return the air fryer in exchange for a customer service review!! WOW!! I truly want to thank each Customer Service rep - Colleen and Michelle who helped me throughout this process. You are who people hope to communicate with when such challenges arise. For the first time in months I can finally breathe and smell - and the sinus pressure and pain is gone. I've used Netipots and similar devices before and always felt like I was drowning... I didn't get that drowning feeling with Nasal Fresh. It was easy to set up and use and I love the fact that you charge it and then can use it anywhere. This little device is a game changer!

I noticed that my sinuses were so clear during my beach vacations and put 2 and 2 together on saltwater nasal enhancement. I decided to look into various nasal flushing systems. I had only had a very slight problem with allergies and irritants, but I realized after usage that, as you age, you find that major life enhancements really can be by simple prophylactic means and still be simply amazing. Researching the various styles, manufacturers, and models I narrowed it down to Naväge and NasalFresh MD. I didn’t want a plug in, but knew the simple USB-C charging system was far superior to the thought of using batteries. All things being equal, it was the main bone of contention with some models in customer reviews. So I bought the NasalFresh from Amazon, as a nicely designed starter kit with a fitted case and accessories. Easy to clean and using distilled water for purity, I was pleased with its ease of use and therefore I use it daily. It can be a little weird starting out, but I love it and rave about it to friends and family. The recharge factor hooked me and the ease of use sealed the deal. But the better breathing advantages were palpable and almost instantaneous!!

Great product that really does well to clear my airways. Better than the competitor. Customer service is also great, they helped me to resolve a minor issue and make sure I can keep using the machine for months after the purchase.

She was incredibly kind, professional, and resolved the issue right away. I truly appreciate how attentive and efficient she was — it made the whole experience stress-free. I was given a NaselFresh machine for gift and it stopped working. I emailed the company and they help me assist me with a replacement. I really appreciate the help with the customer service rep Michelle.
