I received the Nasal Fresh MD as a gift. It was purchased from another source rather than directly from the Nasal Fresh website, so I wasn’t able to leave a review through the purchase account. I think I might have felt more confident about the product if it had been purchased directly from Nasal Fresh. Unfortunately, the unit didn’t work when I tried it, even after I followed the instructions and troubleshooting steps. I contacted Nasal Fresh, and Kaila was excellent. She was helpful and helped resolve the issue without hesitation. My experience with customer service has been very positive. I would recommend to purchase this product directly through the Nasal Fresh website

My experience with the Nasal Fresh has been great. I have asthma and using the Nasal Fresh has reduce my symptoms and making my daily life better. I would recommend it to everyone

The company stands by their product! I am currently having an issue with my machine and the company was quick to respond to my email with a bypass and are taking steps to fix to the issue permanently.

I’ve dealt with sinus problems for much of my adult life, including two surgeries, and I’ve tried a wide range of sprays and treatments to manage the symptoms. This is the first and only product that has consistently left me satisfied. The flushing and suction are gentle, adjustable, and easy to control, and the machine itself is straightforward to set up and clean. It has made a routine that can feel burdensome much easier to manage. When I contacted customer support, they responded promptly and provided helpful guidance

The machine runs good but the top tank valve does not last. It broke after the first uses. I have the one with the tank fill cap. Can not get replacement valves or tanks for this model!

This is the best nasal irrigation system I have used. It works great and it is so easy to clean. I had to contact the company for support and Colleen was super friendly and helped me so much! Love this company!

I have been very happy with my NasalFresh MD device. It has been very helpful for managing and relieving the symptoms of my chronic sinus issues, and I have found nasal irrigation to be a useful part of my routine. I also had a very positive experience with their customer service. Colleen was kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate the effort she made to assist me and find a solution. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service.

I got my Nasalfresh in January 2026. In July I had a problem with it so I emailed the company. In less than 24 hrs they got back to me. They showed me a way to make it work, which it did, but also honored the warranty and sent me a new replacement. Their customer service is equally as amazing as their product. I recommend this product 100%. So hard to find awesome customer service these days.
