I’ve had trouble with my sinus for quite a bit and this machine is like magic. I’ve been sleeping peacefully ever since.

WOW! In the past when allergies started kicking in, here in S.Cal., my sinuses were all over the map. Last week I started using Naselfresh, it was easy to use and I instantly felt that I’d finally gained control of my “problem”! I strongly recommend Naselfresh to anyone with sinus issues!!! As an aside, I had an issue with shipping (all on me), and their customer service folks were extremely helpful, quick & courteous.

The unit did not work for me. In fact, I got the worst sinus infection I've ever had after using it just a few times. I returned the unit, and requested a refund from the seller, who agreed he would refund once he received the product back. It was sent back, receipt acknowledged by the seller, and then he told me I would have to withdraw my complaint with PayPal in order for him to refund me. I contacted PayPal via their chat, and was told if I withdraw the complaint, it will void my buyer protection, so I escalated to an official dispute. PayPal sided with the seller, so no money back, no product, so much for buyer protection. I closed my PayPal account over this; and will never use them for anything again. I will also never again buy from Michael Todd Beauty. They say they have a money back guarantee if not completely satisfied. That is a complete falsehood; dare I say they LIED!

I originally got this for my 91 year old Momma. Instead,I used it. It arrived at tge right time,as I had a terrible cokd,with stuffed sinuses. I unpacked it and was impressed at tge set up. Ive used a Netty Pot,and the Nelimed.. The instructions were understanable,and so I put it together, and then charged it. The next morning I got the water ready and put it to work. I was so excited how fast and easy this was to use. I did add a bit of peroxide with the llsaline packet. I use it in the morning and the evening. I would definitely buy this again. Follow tge durectiins,and this will help loosen and help get rid of the mucus .

When my sinuses feel blocked or heavy, this really helps flush everything out and makes breathing noticeably easier. It feels clean and soothing. I use it especially when my nose feels congested, and it works fast. No discomfort just a fresh, comfortable feeling. After using it, the pressure in my sinuses feels relieved and I can breathe freely again. Solid product and worth trying.
