I’ve had a really positive experience with NasalFresh MD so far. Their customer service is excellent, very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I’m really enjoying the product and have added it to my routine. I usually get sinus infections around this time of the year, and it actually seems like this is helping clear things up. It’s easy to use and I’m looking forward to continuing to use it.

Got this to deal with hayfever allergy as the season begins and. I know it will be a not good one on me. With that said this has been great for me. It been a lifesaver for me as well.

I started using NasalFreshMD a few weeks back when I started feeling a bit congested, especially during workouts and the weather changes in my area. It has made such a difference. It’s gentle, easy to use, and leaves my sinuses feeling actually clear — not dry or irritated. It’s now a staple in my daily routine, especially on high-energy days when I need to breathe and feel my best.

This product is great. I have a Navage and NASALFRESH MD. When I was researching I wanted to know the differences, here they are: Navage feels more powerful, really blows out your nose, but... doesn't feel as comfortable, you can really feel it. NASALFRESH MD is gentler, still blows out your nose, but much easier to manage and deal with. I can't really even feel it. Navage is really hard to clean, I have gone through 2 units and both have had acid batteries. And it takes much longer to clean. NASALFRESH MD really easy to clean. NASALFRESH MD gets clogged a lot for me though, and kind of hard to clear even with their instructions. It might be a defective unit though. There customer service is awesome, they are going to send me a new unit. I will try to update review if this new one doesn't get clogged as much. In summary: I would probably use Navage for intense sinus congestion, because of the more power (harder to clean, so use less often, but more powerful, so better for intense congestion). I would use NASALFRESH MD for daily maintenance of my nose (easy to clean daily, good and soft on the nose, if you are sensitive, I would use this, can't even feel it)
