The product doesn't have any effectiveness and the whole system is fake. They are a scam company! Avoid at all costs.

We purchased two of these units as they state that it is better than the Navage system. However, after opening up one of them and trying it, it cannot compare and barely works. The company tried to blame us for not using it correctly as if we were stupid. We had to communicate back and forth several times to get authorization to send it back for a refund, as they company promises. However, when we asked to send the second one back, only 3 days past their 30 day return policy, they denied it even though that box had not even been opened. Poor product. Poor customer service. Buyers beware!!!

Ordering directly from NasalFresh MD has been completely unsatisfactory. My order from 12/28/2025 is still waiting to be picked up the carrier Veho for over a week, missing any of the dates specified for delivery when I ordered. I cannot get an answer from customer service when I'll get the order and I can't get an answer on what the return policy is. If you're going to order this item, order from Amazon, not from NasalFresh MD even if it costs you a little more money! At least with Amazon you'll get better delivery date and know the return policy. Who knows whenever I'll get my order since no one can advise! I can only imagine what I'll have to deal with if we aren't satisfied with the product. Never again ordering directly from this company for anything!
