Horrible experience. Filter late had to delay pool installation. Also bought a patio set. Received half of it. Need to drive 20 miles to get at another store. I do get advertisements via e-mail every single day to buy more. Never again

Excellent experience.

I ordered the pool and had an existing account. They were unable to update my phone number and the freight company was not able to reach me and was about to send the pool back to the manufacturer. This pushed my install back and made the installer not very happy

We do not shop there anymore. Every time we have gone into the Westbrook store, even if there is no one in there, you have to wait at least 10-15 minutes for someone to come out of the office or back room. The management staff last year and the year before were soooo unfriendly, it isn't funny! The young man working on the floor was trying to be very helpful to us and when asked one of the management people a question, after 10 minutes, the person that came out of the office was so rude to this young man that we ended up walking out. The young man was sooo awesome and trying to help us and that manager was a complete and utter jerk! No manager should ever ridicule an employee, especially in front of a customer, nor should they speak to someone like that, even in private. I have personally been using Namco for over 40 years. 20 of them in Peabody Mass, and 20 years up here in Maine. I have never, ever had a problem with the Peabody store, they were always so awesome, so was very surprised when I moved to Maine and had this kind of service. I stopped using the Westbrook location over 15 years ago due to the awful service provided there and started using a legitimate pool company, but unfortunately, the company retired so I needed to utilize the Westbrook store the last couple of years. As I stated to my husband, I would rather my pool turn green than to make another purchase in your Westbrook store!

staff is always at the register. hard to find someone on the floor to help. but prices are gret

Excellent, personal service. What we ordered was missing a few parts and they followed through until the parts were delivered to us. I would recommend them to anyone.
