The pool itself is great, the company... not as good. There is no communication between sales people, corporate, and installers. It took me a very long time to resolve the multiple issues I had with Namco. The salesperson made promises the installers couldn’t fulfill, the peroration instructions given to us were not accurate either. The installer left a stick poking through my liner, and the list goes on.... I had to call corporate and finally the third person I was passed on to finally resolved some of it.

I am always able to find what I need at reasonable prices. I especially like your pool opening and closing instructions and pool care packages.

I think Namco offers good value for a fair price. Some items quality could be better.

Bought a pool from you is that was supposed to be a 30-year pool within 5 years while under 5 years the pool at totally collapsed it's been covered it all that stuff what happened is is the wall sunk into the ground to post and caps were all still intact they didn't sink so wasn't weight the thing slid down into the ground off of the bottom tracks which means it was a bad install so even my insurance won't pay for it and Namco won't do a thing for you so over $5,000 project only last me on the 5 years so I no I'll never buy from them again

Bought a 30’pool with heater, salt system, chemicals, filter, and all winterizing supplies and was assured the pool would be installed before winter. The pool and all supplies were delivered but the pool has still not been installed and it is April 21st. I am having to store the pool and all equipment in my garage and shed. In addition I have not been able to get the deck started or the fence installed because the pool is not constructed. Namco has offered no reimbursement to me and has done nothing to ensure my satisfaction.

Bought a Hayward pool filter as our broke. They matched the online price of another competitor and we had our new pump the same day! Thank you so much!!
