My dealings with the staff are generally good. When a winter cover ripped in the 1st season of use, they replaced without question. My issues with the store has been 2-fold ... (1) pool chemicals rarely have a price on them whether it's cartons on the floor or containers on a shelf. Unless you ask an employee in advance, you won't know until they ring it up at the register. and (2) the quality of their parts has gone down (chlorinators, skimmers, etc). I'll shop there for emergency parts, but more often I'll order on-line from Amazon.

We had purchased our first pool . The following season after closing it down we have a leak . We did purchase a Platnium Protection. No problem no worries. Totally replaced. That’s Serious Service.

The staff was very helpful when making my purchase of an outdoor table.

I bought a galvanized 410 pool with salt water system, was told this is a great pool with awesome warranty. We'd never have problems. As soon as I reported a puncture in the metal liner wall and plastic liner. Was told to my face, salt water violates the warranty. There's no warranty. The store manager in 275 Washington St, Attleboro, MA 02703, sold me the pool and was the same guy to tell me no warranty. Don't ever buy from Namco.
