I just want to say that since the new ownership has taken over, the Namco store in Nashua has gone down hill. Let me tell you the ways: 1. Customer service deplorable. Staff that works there could give a crap about you or helping you. You don't even feel welcome. 2. Half the time the product that you need is out of stock 3. Prices of the chemicals are no longer competitive 4. So disappointing when compared with the previous ownership 5. Staycation points seem to have disappeared. Can't find the record. At one point I had three accounts. Contacting headquarters is useless. They never get back to you or don't have the information

Store personnel offered no help with the handling of items purchased the items purchased were several and therefore cumbersome the clerk seemed occupied with personal issues although there was no problem with checking out our problem continued with the items that needed to be brought to our vehicle sadly there was nobody else in the store it would have been great if the clerk offered assistance

Not sure I've ever had a good experience at Namco in 20-30 years. The staff is uniformed and unmotivated... Getting assistance is difficult... Everything is way overpriced. Thankfully there are more options for pool supplies now and we no longer have to shop there.

The young sales associate was quite knowledgeable about hot tub chemicals. He also had a pleasant personality.

Pump was in stock, after a week check on my order, on line, “processing”, waited a few more days, still processing next sent email to customer service asking order status. No response. A week later the Pump arrived. . Decided to check on line order status, still processing. What a joke.
