Late and no delivery
Made an order on May 21. No update or delivery since then. I enquired today (June 4) and Nakto responded that they would now ship the product.

Great bike for the price
Easy to order, great bike for the price, quick shipping. The only negative is that the fenders arrived bent... does not impact the performance of the bike, but I don't like how they look bent.

Excellent customer experience!
Excellent customer experience! I had a hard time finding the part and the lady knew exactly what I needed. I forgot her name but was very helpful in helping me. I ordered the part and received it. Fixed the bike and my wife is happy.

I ordered
I ordered a controller for the F2 had some problems during shipping and the team done a great job. I got me a new one out really quick at no additional cost.

Better E-Bike for same or lower price
Long story short. Bought battery for ebike.......battery didn't work. Representative sent 2nd battery didn't work. Told me I had to pay return fees to get a refund. I opened up the batteries to find out the fuse on the outside shell of the battery wasn't even wired into the circuit and a fusable link with a 30 amp mini car fuse was wired into the circuit instead. The battery is not what is being advertised on the web page and the batteries had blown fuses prior to delivery. Batteries deteriorate over time and become unstable.......I could only imagine what corners this company has attempted to cut and be dishonest about to their customers. They could practice some integrity and honesty.

I am am a 6’ 3” male.
I am am a 6’ 3” male.. the bike is too small. My knees hit the handle bars @ max height, and the seat is too low for a normal adjusted height for full power pedaling
